Maestro Analytics - BI Tools

Maestro Analytics is a Business Intelligence tool that provides operators with an innovative interface to their organization’s key operating data to give them more information for strategic decisions.  Maestro Analytics comes with:

  • Two basic and pre-configured views that allow users to easily access and analyze a wide variety of critical decision data;

  • An intuitive point-and-click interface that enables operators to be productive after only an hour of training;

  • An easy-export utility for data transfer to Microsoft Office applications

There are two Maestro Analytics applications: Marketing and Sales & Catering.

Marketing

The Marketing Maestro Analytics application derives its information primarily from the guest history tables. The guest history tables list all the guests to have stayed at the property along with the details of all their reservations.

On the “Selections” tab, the user can select various criteria concerning the guest or the various reservations. Once the required selections have been made, the user can view the result lists and charts.

On the “Lists” tab, the user can view either a mailing list or a list that summarizes the financial and reservation details of all the guests in the selection. These lists can be saved to a file, printed, exported to Microsoft Excel, or merged with a mail merge document.

On the “Charts” tab, the user can view the selected data in various ways.

Sales & Catering

The Sales & Catering Maestro Analytics application derives its information primarily from the sales and catering booking and booking history tables.

On the “Selections” tab, the user can select various criteria concerning the bookings or the clients that made the bookings. Once the required selections have been made, the user can view the result lists. 

On the “Lists” tab, the user can view either a mailing list or a list that summarizes the details of the bookings. These lists can be saved to a file, printed, exported to Microsoft Excel, or merged with a mail merge document.
