“Guests expect a personalized, mobile experience from a hotel,” said Warren Dehan, Maestro PMS President. “At HITEC 2016 Maestro PMS will demo solutions that enable independent operators to engage guests with a fully mobile experience from direct booking to check-in and on-property communications.” Maestro Web includes all 21 Maestro modules including Sales & Catering, Multi-Property Management, Spa Management and Analytics Business Intelligence. Dehan noted that Maestro Web may be hosted by Maestro or from a hotel company’s site and is compatible with all major browsers.
“We will also launch the Maestro Guest Engagement Suite at HITEC,” Dehan said. “Our Guest Engagement Suite is a mobile-enabled family of communication tools that lets hotel operators use SMS text messaging to proactively build a stronger guest relationship. It provides real-time responses to on-property guest feedback and communicates services and amenities valued by todays connected travelers. We will demo how mobile guest feedback improves service and loyalty.” Maestro has also enlarged its number of 3rd-party integrator relationships to better serve its independent clients.
Dehan said Maestro will demonstrate its new passport and driver’s license scanning module at its booth. “Passport tracking is ubiquitous across much of Europe and now many North American properties are requiring passport and driver’s license scanning at check-in. We now integrate this function in Maestro’s client profile touchpoints.”
