The Activities & Facilities Management module is designed to fully integrate with the widely installed Maestro Enterprise Resort System to utilize its single-image database resort architecture to manage every type and size of facility without limit. Activities & Facilities Management, links guests’ activity schedules, spa treatment program appointments, and other amenity requests all on the guest’s record, forever, to boost service and guest satisfaction, and facilitate ongoing marketing campaigns.


  • Able to book any facility/activity by date and time with an instructor/guide if necessary but not required
  • Activities could include:
    • Dining, Outdoor activities, Indoor classes – educational or physical
    • Any amenity with a limited # of guests allowed, Ex. Hot tub, tennis court or dining rooms
  • Age, weight and height restrictions built into the activities intake to help manage who is eligible for an activity
  • Conflict management to ensure a guest does not book a facility/activity at the same time a spa treatment has already been booked
  • Multiple availability views, single day, multiple days, 1 week and two week or a combination view of spa bookings AND facility bookings
  • Color display for those activities that require:
    • An instructor or staff member
    • How many places and instructors are available at a given time
    • When an activity is fully booked
  • Ability to block a facility from being booked for maintenance or instructor availability challenges or special dates
  • Batch Facility Registrations print option
  • Multi Building / Multi Property setup and booking options
  • Quick search and inquiry screens to locate/review past and future bookings
  • Full integration with a Front Desk Guest Reservation – book the facility/activity directly from within the guest reservation
  • Staff, guest & health needs conflict controls
